  26. You do not have to be a registered developer to get it. The nat.dev.kit is for
  27. people who are not registered developers. There is no 'top secret' information
  28. there. Just includes, some developement tools and tips'n'tricks. I am NOT a
  29. registered developer, but I got it from Commodore, and I did not have to sign
  30. a non-disclosure agreement either.
